Content Information: Please carefully review the contact sheets by clicking the clearly marked "Click here to preview this set" button. This will let you know exactly what you are ordering. Please be aware that these contact sheets are sometimes made prior to us processing the sets, so your order may be missing a few pictures--we might have deleted some which were out of focus. For this same reason, the true number of pictures listed in a set might differ slightly--this is especially true for orders which have not been ordered before.
Content Usage: Chances are that you've purchased content from other companies before and know the limitations of usage of most purchased stock content. We don't want to restrict you too much so use your common sense and you should be fine. Obviously you can not sell, rent, or lease our content to another company. You CAN use the content for banners, tgps, site tours, membership area, and we'll even allow you to give it to other companies for use in advertising your site--like affiliates. We would like you to place your site name on the pictures as kind of like a copyright (not a real copyright as we retain rights to the pictures), but we'll respect your decision not to do this if you really don't want to. If you aren't sure about some usages, just ask us.
Payment: We accept ePassporte and snail mail. Please contact us for any additional payment options.
Delivery: We will start uploading your sets usually within 24 hours after receiving payment. Most orders will be completely uploaded fairly quickly, but allow time for large orders to be completed. If sending payment via snail mail, let us know which items you have ordered and we will get your order ready prior to payment arrival so that they will be available immediately upon payment arrival. Your sets will remain on our FTP server for a period of 14 days (2 weeks) which should give you plenty of time to download. Please make sure to download and inspect your sets prior to the time we remove them from our server as any problems you discover after we've removed them will be "your" problems not ours.
2257 Info: All models appearing here were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was taken. Each set will contain an addition directory which includes 2257 compliant documents. This information is for your security and must not be revealed to anyone other than the necessary authorities. Please do not provide any of this information to your customers/members. Use the names provided at the site when listing the models and NOT the names on the IDs.
Return Policy: We provide contact sheets of all the pictures so you know what you ordered. Thus, no return. So, make sure you look at the contact sheets. Our prices are so low that you are basically paying for our time only anyway. However, if "we've" made a mistake with something like the description then we'll either correct your order or substitute it with a better set--we have stuff that's not listed so we can usually find something better. If you have any concerns prior to ordering, we strongly recommend that you order just one set and see how it goes before ordering additional sets.
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not provide your information or e-mail address to anyone.
Mailing List: We strongly recommend that you join our new mailing list. We will send you notifications when new content is added and ONLY those on our mailing list will receive special invitations to reserve special custom content sets at stock content prices. Basically, we may notify you prior to doing a shoot and you can schedule an exclusive custom set at the price of stock! Mailing lists will be sent out about once a month on average.
